Mercy Health in Findlay, Ohio, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician or experienced Advanced Practice Clinician to provide outpatient primary care. The role offers a flexible schedule, no weekend or hospital call requirements, and a focus on community-based, patient-centered care within a supportive team environment. The provider will manage a diverse patient panel, including acute, chronic, and preventive care, with access to on-site point-of-care testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population, including acute, chronic, and preventive services.
• Manage an established patient panel and support continuity of care.
• Perform point-of-care testing and urinalysis on-site.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to clinical guidelines and standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health efforts.
• Support the mission and values of Mercy Health through compassionate care.
• Work a schedule of Monday through Friday with no weekend or hospital call duties.

Compensation

• Salary based on experience, with additional incentives such as quality bonuses.
• Compensation is provided via a W-2 salary plus performance-based incentives.

Requirements

• Board-certified or eligible Family Medicine MD or DO, or experienced Advanced Practice Clinician (APC).
