US Anesthesia Partners Colorado Springs is seeking experienced Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) and new graduates to join a high-quality anesthesia practice serving multiple hospitals and outpatient surgery centers. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures across multiple facilities.
• Collaborate with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Participate in preoperative assessments and postoperative care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia procedures and patient records.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and standards of care.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement and professional development activities.
• Support the care team model to deliver high-quality anesthesia services.
• Respond to call requirements and participate in occasional on-call duties as scheduled.

Compensation

• Salary range of $200,000 to $250,000 based on experience.
• Additional income opportunities include sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, and profit sharing.
• Sign-on bonus of $25,000.
• Compensation offered as a W-2 salary plus incentives.

Requirements

• Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) certification or recent graduate eligible for certification.
• Current licensure or eligibility to practice in Colorado.
• Strong understanding of anesthesia techniques and patient safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules, including days and some call shifts.
• Experience with a variety of anesthesia cases is preferred but not required.
