Revere Medical is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our primary care clinic located in North Andover, Massachusetts. The provider will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to a diverse patient population, collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals in a technologically advanced environment. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population
• Conduct physical examinations, diagnose medical conditions, and develop treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, manage chronic diseases
• Promote health education and disease prevention strategies
• Collaborate with specialists and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
• Stay informed about current medical advancements and best practices in primary care
• Utilize electronic medical records and healthcare technologies effectively

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in primary care as an NP or PA
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active Massachusetts Medical License
