Asante is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Occupational Medicine and Employee Health team in Southern Oregon. The role involves providing care focused on workplace injury treatment, wellness, and prevention within a supportive, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities

• Provide care related to workplace injury treatment, wellness, and prevention.
• Participate in patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support employee health initiatives.
• Contribute to health promotion and injury prevention programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters.
• Support quality improvement and compliance efforts.
• Engage in continuing medical education and professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned within occupational medicine.

Compensation

• Salary plus performance incentives, including a productivity bonus.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS/MHS/MMSc/MPH).
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
• Current licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physician Assistant.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to quality patient care and safety.
• Experience in occupational medicine or related fields preferred.
• Willingness to work Monday through Friday schedule.
