Anne Arundel Dermatology is seeking a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with at least two years of dermatology experience to join our team in Berlin, Maryland. The role involves providing high-quality dermatological care in a busy, patient-focused environment, supporting community health needs. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with a competitive compensation package including base salary and bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide dermatological care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Review new patient intake forms, document treatments, and develop care plans.
• Build patient relationships by educating patients on treatment options and services.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation for all services performed.
• Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Promote a professional, welcoming environment for patients and staff.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations.

Compensation

• Base salary starting at $150,000+ annually.
• Unlimited bonus potential based on performance.

Shift & Schedule

• Variable schedule days, 32-40 hours per week.

Requirements

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with active, unrestricted state medical license.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in dermatology.
• Knowledge of dermatology treatments and clinical protocols.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.

• Current DEA and CDS certifications for prescription writing.
