Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the cardiovascular anesthesia team at Willis-Knighton Health System in Shreveport, Louisiana. The role involves providing anesthesia for cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular cases within a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular surgeries as part of the CV anesthesia team.
• Collaborate with a team consisting of 3 CRNAs and 1 MD to deliver high-quality anesthesia services.
• Participate in on-call duties with a schedule of 1:4, with some post-call days off depending on the schedule.
• Maintain adherence to clinical standards and safety protocols during procedures.
• Support perioperative patient management and ensure optimal anesthesia outcomes.
• Contribute to team communication and coordination within the anesthesia department.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support the hospital’s commitment to patient safety and care excellence.

Compensation

• $360,000 annual compensation on a 1099 basis.

Requirements

• Board Certified in Nurse Anesthesia (CRNA).
