Holy Cross Medical Group in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is seeking a full-time Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant to support the anesthesia team. Compensation

  • Annual salary of $232,000, with a range up to $240,000.
  • Sign-on bonus of $50,000.
  • Full-time benefit package including malpractice insurance, CME funds, licensure, and professional memberships.
  • W-2 employment with salary plus incentives, including sign-on bonus and CME allowance.

Requirements

  • Current Anesthesiology Assistant Certification by the state of Florida.

  • Proficiency with healthcare documentation systems such as EPIC, and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, demonstrate reliability, and adapt to changing schedules.
  • Knowledge of equipment including EKG, endotracheal tubes, anesthesia gas apparatuses, and ventilators.
  • Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and adherence to regulatory standards.
