Wilson Health is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join our busy OB/GYN practice in Sidney, Ohio. The role involves providing preventive and primary women's health care services, collaborating with healthcare providers, and managing a patient caseload at multiple office locations. The practice includes a state-of-the-art Family Birth Center with extensive delivery services and plans for expansion.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and primary care services within women's health to evaluate and promote patient wellness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers in a community health setting.
• Manage a patient caseload at multiple office locations, including Sidney and Troy, Ohio.
• Perform gynecological procedures and manage deliveries, including epidurals and postpartum care.
• Utilize in-office ultrasonography for patient assessments.
• Maintain professional accountability through continuing education and certification.
• Participate in the practice's growth and expansion efforts.
• Adhere to hospital and practice protocols for patient care and safety.

Requirements

• State certification as a Nurse Midwife in women's health.
• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Maintain certification or eligibility during employment.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience (preferred).

• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (Epic preferred).
• Flexibility to work variable schedule days.
