We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Urology team at our busy St. Petersburg location. The provider will deliver medical services under physician supervision, including physical exams, pre- and post-operative care, diagnostic testing, and documentation in the EHR. The role involves some hospital call and rounding responsibilities, with a full-time schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and evaluate patient health status.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
• Identify abnormal conditions and determine appropriate interventions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Document patient care and services in the electronic health record (EPIC).
• Participate in hospital call and rounding at local hospitals.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and documentation standards.
