Kaiser Permanente's Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a part-time Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Midwife (0.8 FTE) to join the Urogynecology team at the Capitol Hill Medical Center in Seattle. The role involves conducting patient intakes, performing basic procedures, and managing follow-up care in an office-based setting, with potential for surgical assistance. Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient assessments and intakes for Urogynecology patients.
• Perform basic procedures related to Urogynecology care.
• Manage follow-up appointments and patient care plans.
• Assist in surgical procedures for interested candidates.
• Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters and procedures.
• Participate in a structured six-month onboarding and training program.
• Work primarily at the Capitol Hill Medical Center, with potential clinical time at Bellevue Medical Center.

Compensation

• Salary range: $124,249 to $146,319, prorated based on FTE and experience.
• Total compensation model includes salary plus incentives.
• W-2 employment status with full tax withholding.
• Salary is within the overall range of $124,249 to $154,020, depending on education, training, and experience.

Requirements

• Interest in Female Pelvic Medicine.
• Strong listening skills and empathy in patient care.
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with no call responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform basic procedures and manage follow-up care.
