This full-time locum tenens position involves high-acuity patient care in ICU and stepdown units, with responsibilities including support in open heart surgeries and robotic thoracic cases. Responsibilities
- Provide high-acuity patient care in ICU and stepdown units.
- Support open heart surgeries and robotic thoracic procedures.
- Perform EVH and assist in thoracic and cardiovascular surgeries.
- Utilize Maquet vein harvesting system proficiently.
- Manage patient care in a support role for complex surgical cases.
- Provide occasional clinic coverage as needed.
- Coordinate with surgical teams and support staff.
- Maintain compliance with credentialing and privileging requirements.
Compensation
- Hourly rate from $100.00 to $125.00, based on experience and qualifications.
- Range influenced by the critical need of the position and other factors.
- Additional compensation includes relocation support.
