We are seeking a licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) with dermatology experience to join our private dermatology practice. The role offers flexible scheduling, the opportunity to build and manage a patient panel, and collaborate with a team of dermatology professionals. The position includes a competitive salary, a $20,000 sign-on bonus, and uncapped earning potential through a commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Provide general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services based on background and interests
• Build and manage a personalized patient panel
• Collaborate with board-certified dermatologists and medical professionals
• Educate patients and promote skin health in a compassionate, evidence-based manner

Compensation

• Salary plus incentives, including a sign-on bonus and productivity bonuses
• Sign-on bonus of $20,000
• Uncapped earning potential through a commission structure
• Compensation is provided as a W-2 salary
