The Nurse Practitioner will perform non-invasive aesthetic treatments such as laser hair removal, injectables, Ultherapy, Cool Sculpting, and skin rejuvenation. The role involves providing expert patient care, educating clients on treatment options, ensuring safety and efficacy, and supporting clinic operations to meet sales and service goals. Responsibilities

• Recommend, promote, educate, and perform aesthetic treatments and sell related products
• Evaluate client suitability for treatments and educate on pre- and post-treatment care
• Ensure client safety and treatment efficacy through proper procedures and documentation
• Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain client relationships
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, including supply management
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to achieve clinic goals and meet performance metrics
• Assist with scheduling, client check-in/out, and payment processing
• Travel between clinics as necessary

Requirements

• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in the relevant state, in good standing
• Ability to care for patients aged 13 and older of all genders within scope of practice
• Proficient in computer and tablet applications (e.g., MS Office, Salesforce)
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
• Professional appearance and demeanor with a warm, welcoming bedside manner
• Excellent documentation skills, detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
