A full-time locum CRNA position is available at an all-CRNA facility located in wine country, approximately one hour southwest of Portland. The role involves a variety of cases with a high level of autonomy, serving a multi-specialty surgical center with five operating rooms. The assignment is expected to start by the end of March and requires active licensure and participation in a 1:5 call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform anesthesia services for general, urology, orthopedic, gynecological, plastic, ENT, and gastrointestinal surgeries.
• Manage approximately 400 obstetric cases annually.
• Provide anesthesia with a high degree of autonomy in a multi-specialty facility.
• Participate in the 1:5 call schedule as required.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and facility protocols.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to deliver safe anesthesia care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia procedures.
• Adapt to variable schedule and call requirements.

Compensation

• All-inclusive rates with negotiable package, including travel stipends.
• Additional income support such as relocation assistance.
• Compensation structured as 1099 income.

Shift & Schedule

• Variable schedule with a 1:5 call rotation.
• Call is required as part of the schedule.

Requirements

• Active anesthesia license in the relevant state.
• Certification as a CRNA.
• Experience with a variety of surgical cases including OB, general, urology, ortho, GYN, plastics, ENT, and GI.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy.
• Availability to start by the end of March.
• Comfort with variable schedule and call duties.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in anesthesia documentation and patient management.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel if necessary.
• Previous experience in a multi-specialty surgical setting preferred.
