Northern Light Mercy Hospital is seeking a per diem Physician Assistant to provide geriatric care in nursing homes and long-term care facilities throughout southern Maine. Responsibilities

• Provide medical care to geriatric patients in nursing homes and long-term care facilities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and follow-up visits.

• Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records.

Requirements
