The Aspire Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) is responsible for diagnosing, managing, and treating allergy and sinus conditions in patients aged 2 and above. The role involves conducting assessments, performing procedures such as allergy testing and nasal endoscopy, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care across multiple clinic locations in the Orlando area. The provider is expected to deliver a positive patient experience while practicing with integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and obtain medical histories related to allergy and sinus conditions.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic allergic and sinus diseases, including allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, nasal polyps, and asthma.
• Order, interpret, and utilize diagnostic tests such as allergy testing, sinus CT scans, and pulmonary function tests.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medications, immunotherapy, and procedural recommendations.
• Perform and assist with in-office procedures such as allergy immunotherapy and nasal endoscopy.
• Educate patients on disease management, treatment options, and medication use.
• Document all patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record within 24 hours.
• Manage allergy testing procedures, including skin testing and intracutaneous testing, and provide pre- and post-operative evaluations for sinus surgeries.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday through Friday schedule.
• Clinic hours generally between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Fridays.
• Must be willing and able to travel to multiple clinic locations across the Orlando area.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of practicing as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current valid Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems (preferred).
• Effective communication skills with patients and staff.
• Ability to react calmly in emergent situations and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manually take patient vitals and maintain effective working relationships.
