Wellstar Medical Group is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) and Anesthesiologist Assistants (AAs) to join the outpatient anesthesia team at Wellstar Windy Hill and surrounding facilities in metro Atlanta. The role involves providing anesthesia services across various outpatient surgical and diagnostic procedures, with a focus on collaborative care and high-quality patient outcomes. The schedule is Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with no weekends or call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures including orthopedics, general surgery, hand surgery, GYN, GI, pediatrics, ENT, interventional pain, and urology.
• Collaborate with a team of anesthesiologists and anesthetists across multiple outpatient sites.
• Deliver anesthesia services in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Support a team-based anesthesia care model in a busy outpatient setting.
• Participate in preoperative assessments and postoperative care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care provided.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards to ensure patient well-being.
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered care environment.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday through Friday, daytime hours approximately 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of anesthesia experience.
• Certification as a CRNA or licensure as an Anesthesiologist Assistant.
• Experience with outpatient anesthesia procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
