We are seeking four experienced Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) for a full-time position in Indiana. The role involves providing anesthesia services for inpatient and outpatient cases, primarily for adult patients with occasional pediatric cases. The schedule is a rotating two-week-on, one-week-off cycle, with no weekends or call responsibilities, offering a balanced work-life arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for a variety of cases including orthopedics, general surgery, endoscopy, ophthalmology, and occasional pediatrics.
- Manage preoperative assessments and postoperative care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to develop and implement anesthesia plans.
- Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia as needed during procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care and patient records.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
- Adhere to scheduled work hours, with no call or weekend duties required.
Compensation

Shift & Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Two-week-on, one-week-off rotation schedule.
- No weekends or call required.
Requirements
- Current ACLS and PALS certifications.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana.
- Master’s degree from a CAAHEP-accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant Program.
- Successfully passed the Certifying Examination for Anesthesiologist Assistants or the CDQ exam.
- Active certification as an Anesthesiologist Assistant.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Availability to start pending credentialing (approximately 60-90 days).
- Experience with adult patients and familiarity with pediatric cases preferred.
