We are seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our Level III NICU team at Atrium Health Navicent Beverly Knight Olsen Children's Hospital in Macon, Georgia. The role involves providing advanced neonatal care in a state-of-the-art facility, collaborating with a team of neonatologists and specialists, and practicing to the top of your license with comprehensive training and support. Responsibilities

• Provide neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting, utilizing advanced therapies such as high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and total body cooling.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric subspecialists, and maternal-fetal medicine teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in a team-based, supportive environment emphasizing mentorship and professional development.
• Practice without nursery responsibilities, focusing solely on neonatal patient management.
• Contribute to patient care planning, monitoring, and documentation in a high-acuity NICU environment.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and protocols to optimize neonatal outcomes.
• Maintain current certification and licensure requirements for neonatal practice.

Requirements

• Current certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Master’s degree in a relevant healthcare field.
• Neonatal Level III NICU experience is required.
