This hospital-based surgical position involves on-site work with call coverage, primarily focusing on cardiothoracic procedures. Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiothoracic surgeries, including robotic procedures
• Perform first assist duties in CABG and valve replacement surgeries
• Provide on-site surgical support with call coverage as required
• Manage a caseload of 1 to 4 patients daily
• Participate in hospital-based surgical procedures
• Adhere to ACLS and BLS certification requirements
• Coordinate with surgical team to ensure patient safety and procedural success
• Engage in ongoing surgical coverage assignments

Compensation

• Hourly rate from $100.00 to $125.00, based on experience and position needs
