Gould Medical Group is seeking a board-certified Orthopedic Physician Assistant to support an orthopedic spine surgeon in Tracy, CA. The role involves outpatient, inpatient, and surgical support within a collaborative team environment, with onboarding in Stockton, CA. Responsibilities

• Support an orthopedic spine surgeon in outpatient, inpatient, and surgical settings.
• Assist with clinical procedures and patient management under physician supervision.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers to deliver quality care.
• Participate in onboarding and training processes, including initial training in Stockton, CA.
• Utilize onsite lab, X-ray, and advanced imaging resources to support patient care.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate care using the Epic EHR system.
• Contribute to a supportive and collaborative clinical environment.
• Support the practice’s growth and stability through professional practice.

Compensation

• Starting base salary of $175,000.

Requirements

• Board certification as a Physician Assistant.
• Experience in orthopedic or spine care preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work in outpatient, inpatient, and surgical settings.

• Willingness to undergo onboarding and training in Stockton, CA.
• Proficiency with electronic health records, preferably Epic.
• Licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physician Assistant in California.
