The provider is responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare within The Little Clinic's scope of services, focusing on patient satisfaction, quality care, and community engagement. The role involves clinical duties, collaboration with staff, and participation in community outreach, with flexibility in scheduling and regional coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care to patients while meeting productivity metrics
• Participate in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings
• Maintain a safe and quality-based healthcare environment
• Ensure the clinic remains open during scheduled hours
• Collaborate with regional management on community events to promote the clinic
• Respond to customer experience survey feedback as directed
• Manage clinic inventory and order supplies to control costs
• Perform quality control on instrumentation and CLIA waived testing

Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor's Degree as a Physician Assistant (PAs in OH must have completed 500 hours of post-graduate physician-supervised experience)
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience
• Active license and certification from AANP or ANCC, with necessary state credentials
• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) or Physician Assistant (PA-C), where eligible
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
