We are seeking a part-time Industrial Nurse Practitioner to provide onsite occupational health services across multiple sites in the greater Milwaukee area. The role involves injury evaluation, preventive care, health assessments, and emergency response within a manufacturing environment. The provider will work under supervision, collaborating with onsite staff and client leadership, with a flexible schedule averaging 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and illnesses
• Conduct physical exams, screenings, and health assessments
• Assist with audiograms, vaccine clinics, post-offer evaluations, biometrics, and respirator fit testing
• Provide patient education and counseling, including wellness coaching and biometric lab reviews
• Deliver acute care such as mobile x-ray interpretation, lab draws, differential diagnosis, and symptom management
• Perform procedures including venipuncture, vaccinations, suturing, splinting, foreign body removal, TB skin testing, EKG interpretation, and respirator fit testing
• Lead wellness initiatives like lunch and learn sessions and distribute educational materials
• Support clinic operations including documentation, inventory, and compliance

Compensation

Requirements

• Licensed NP or PA in Wisconsin with current DEA registration
