One Medical is seeking a full-time primary care provider to manage a diverse patient panel, including acute, chronic, and wellness visits. The role involves in-office and telehealth consultations, collaboration with clinical teams, and opportunities for in-office procedures. The provider will support multiple locations within the Columbus district and participate in ongoing learning activities to enhance clinical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a patient panel with a variety of healthcare needs, including acute, chronic, and preventive care.
  • Conduct in-office visits, testing center appointments, and occasional telehealth consultations.
  • Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuing education activities.
  • Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical team members through daily huddles and team meetings.
  • Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures as appropriate.
  • Support patient care across multiple locations within the Columbus district, including New Albany, Easton, and Dublin.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure quality care delivery in accordance with clinical standards.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Salary (W-2 employment model).

Requirements

  • Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
  • Licensed to practice in Ohio by the start date.
  • At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience seeing patients of all ages (0+), or 1 year of outpatient primary care experience plus a 1-year primary care fellowship or urgent care experience.
  • Experience managing a broad patient population with diverse healthcare needs.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide human-centered primary care.
  • Proficiency in using technology to deliver high-quality care.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Openness to feedback and continuous learning.
  • Comfortable navigating uncertain clinical situations and adapting to patient needs.
  • Commitment to providing equitable, evidence-based primary care.
