This position involves diagnosing and managing acute and chronic sports and activity-related injuries, primarily focusing on shoulder, elbow, and knee conditions. The role includes working across multiple office locations in Huntsville, Madison, and Decatur, Alabama, with responsibilities in both clinical and surgical settings. The position offers a typical five-day work week with minimal call duties and weekend obligations, emphasizing teamwork, accurate documentation, and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic sports and activity-related injuries, focusing on shoulders, elbows, and knees.
• Work in Huntsville, Madison, and Decatur office locations on a rotational basis.
• Conduct independent and concurrent clinics.
• Refer patients for diagnostic treatments and tests.
• Evaluate x-ray, CT scan, and MRI results.
• Order and review laboratory results.
• Document patient information clearly and accurately in EMR systems.
• Assist in surgical procedures.

• NCCPA-certified or CRNP with First Assist certification.
