We are seeking Physician Assistants to join our established Urgent Care Network in Delaware and Maryland. The role involves providing urgent care services across multiple locations, with flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts. Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services to patients of all ages, including minor procedures such as sutures, casts, and splints.
• Interpret initial EKGs, X-rays, and other diagnostic tests.
• Manage a variety of acute conditions in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record system (eClinicalWorks).
• Participate in extended hours and weekend shifts as scheduled.
• Contribute to patient satisfaction and quality metrics to earn bonuses.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards accredited by the Urgent Care Association.

Compensation

• Salary plus incentives, including a daily volume bonus paid monthly.

Shift & Schedule

• Flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time (.78, .63, .5 FTE), and per diem.
• Shift hours may include noon to midnight or 8 a.m. to midnight, with premium rates for specific schedules.
• Locations currently open 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., with extended hours planned.
• Weekend-only shifts available.

Requirements

• At least one year of recent full-time experience in urgent care or emergency medicine.
• Board certification as a Physician Assistant.
• Ability to obtain licensure in Delaware and/or Maryland.
• Comfortable performing minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints).
• Proficient in reading EKGs and X-rays.
• Experience seeing patients of all ages.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work variable shifts, including daytime, evening, and weekend hours.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
