Orthopedics Physician Assistant

A regional health system in Washington State is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) to join its Orthopedics team. The role involves clinic, hospital, and operating room responsibilities, with a focus on outpatient care. The position offers a competitive hourly rate, comprehensive benefits, and a Monday through Friday schedule with no call requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, hospital, and operating room care within the Orthopedics department.
• Participate in outpatient clinic duties during a Monday through Friday schedule.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive orthopedic services.
• Engage in procedures and patient management in hospital and OR settings.

Compensation

• Hourly rate between $67.00 and $81.00, based on experience and qualifications.
• Additional compensation includes sign-on bonus, relocation support, CME allowance, and profit sharing.

Requirements

• Licensed or eligible to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Washington State.
• Experience in Orthopedics or relevant rotations, with strong interest in the specialty.
• Ability to work independently in outpatient, hospital, and OR environments.
• Recent graduates with relevant rotations are encouraged to apply.
