Unified Women's Healthcare's affiliated practice, Capital Women's Care in Hagerstown, Maryland, is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join a collaborative team. The role involves providing obstetric and gynecologic care within a well-established practice that emphasizes quality, provider satisfaction, and work-life balance. Responsibilities

• Provide prenatal, delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic care to patients.
• Collaborate with OB/GYNs, Physician Assistants, and other team members in patient management.
• Participate in patient education and counseling.
• Perform in-office procedures including sonography and bone density screening.
• Attend scheduled call shifts, including one 24-hour call shift per week with a post-call day off.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and team meetings.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and standards of care.

Compensation

• Salary range: USD $120,000 to $140,000 per year based on experience.
• Additional compensation includes a CME allowance of $1,500 annually.
• Compensation is structured as a W-2 salary.

Requirements

• Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) credential from an accredited program.
