Wellstar Medical Group is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) and Anesthesiologist Assistants (AAs) to join their outpatient anesthesia team across multiple facilities in metro Atlanta. The role involves providing anesthesia services in various outpatient surgical settings with a focus on collaborative care, quality, and patient safety. The schedule is Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with no weekends or call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in outpatient surgical settings across multiple Wellstar facilities.
• Collaborate with a team of over 30 anesthesiologists and 60+ anesthetists to deliver high-quality anesthesia services.
• Manage cases including orthopedics, general surgery, hand surgery, gynecology, gastrointestinal procedures, pediatrics, ENT, interventional pain, and urology.
• Follow a schedule of approximately 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Participate in a team-based anesthesia care model supporting multiple sites.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and standards established by Wellstar.
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered care environment.

Compensation

• Salary plus incentives, including a base salary and quality-based bonuses.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of anesthesia experience.
• Current certification as a CRNA or certification as an Anesthesiologist Assistant.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Experience with outpatient anesthesia procedures preferred.
• Knowledge of anesthesia protocols and safety standards.
• Flexibility to work in multiple outpatient settings within the Wellstar system.
