The Chief Certified Anesthesiology Assistant (CAA) is a full-time leadership role responsible for providing anesthesia care across various specialties, overseeing administrative functions, and ensuring smooth practice operations. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across diverse cases including plastics, orthopedics, urology, and general surgery.
• Lead and oversee anesthesia team operations and clinical protocols.
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, recruitment, and practice operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in anesthesia practice.
• Facilitate team development and provide leadership to anesthesia staff.
• Participate in practice growth initiatives and quality improvement projects.
• Travel up to 10% for coverage or meetings as needed.
• Contribute to the overall success and efficiency of the anesthesia department.

Compensation

• $210,000 base salary, commensurate with experience.
• Additional income opportunities include sign-on bonuses of $50,000 or $75,000 with student loan repayment options, productivity bonuses, profit sharing, and loyalty bonuses.
