MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C., is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA) or Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAA) to provide anesthesia services across various surgical specialties, including orthopedics, transplants, regional anesthesia, spine, and plastics. Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures across multiple specialties.
• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed during procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Perform preoperative assessments and post-anesthesia care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care and patient responses.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary team in a teaching hospital setting.

Compensation

• Salary range of $210,000 to $250,000, based on experience and qualifications.
• Additional income opportunities include sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, and CME allowance.
• Sign-on bonus of $40,000.

• Compensation structured as salary plus incentives, with a W-2 tax status.
