WellSpan Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with heart failure or cardiology experience to join our inpatient and outpatient team in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. The role involves providing care in a dynamic, collaborative environment with a Monday through Friday schedule, focusing on heart failure management within a community-oriented healthcare system.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient care for patients with heart failure.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Manage patient follow-up and monitor clinical progress.
• Participate in patient education and counseling related to heart failure management.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the practice.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Engage in professional development and continuing education activities.

Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (MSRN/MSPA).
• Current licensure or certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Experience in heart failure or cardiology preferred.
• Ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
