Envision Physician Services is seeking a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) to join our team at Gulf Point Surgery Center in Port Charlotte, Florida. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for outpatient surgical procedures including general, orthopedic, gynecological, ENT, ophthalmology, and gastrointestinal cases.
• Collaborate with a team of 2 physicians and 5 APPs to deliver safe and effective anesthesia services.
• Manage anesthesia for a diverse case mix in a stable outpatient setting.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care.
• Follow established protocols and guidelines for anesthesia administration.
• Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care provided.
• Communicate effectively with surgical teams and support staff.

Compensation

• Base salary with a sign-on bonus of $100,000.
• Additional income opportunities include retention bonuses, CME allowance, and relocation support.
• Compensation is structured as a W-2 salary.

Requirements

• No new graduates; experienced candidates only.
• Flexibility to work Monday through Friday with no call, weekends, or holidays.
