We are hiring Oncology Nurse Practitioners for full-time positions at our award-winning Cancer Institute in Davenport, Iowa. Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient oncology care to patients, including assessment, treatment planning, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as radiation oncology, surgical teams, dieticians, and cancer navigators.
• Prescribe and administer medications within the scope of practice, maintaining necessary licensure.
• Participate in tumor boards, clinical trials, and utilize advanced treatment technologies.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options, side effects, and supportive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols.
• Assist with patient education and support throughout the treatment process.

Compensation

• Salary is experience-driven, with a sign-on bonus of $20,000 contingent on a 5-year commitment.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nursing Program (DNP preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of oncology experience as a Nurse Practitioner or at least 3 years as an RN with oncology certification.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice in Iowa and Illinois (licensing assistance provided).
• Ability to obtain and maintain federal and state authority to prescribe medications.
• Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt).
• Strong clinical knowledge of oncology care and treatment modalities.
