We are seeking an experienced Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a full-time position in eastern Oregon. The provider will work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment, seeing over 30 patients per day. Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care or emergency medicine services in a fast-paced clinical setting
• See over 30 patients per day
• Work 12-hour shifts
• Maintain high-quality patient care standards
• Manage patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team members
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently

Requirements

• Current PA-C or FNP certification
• At least one year of recent Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable seeing 30+ patients daily
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Licensure or ability to obtain licensure in Oregon
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experience with RVU-based compensation preferred
