Responsibilities
- Work on a variety of anesthesiology cases, including some advanced procedures such as spinals and A-lines.
- Choose from 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts based on availability and preference.
- Participate in patient care during scheduled shifts, including intraoperative management.
- Support anesthesia team with procedural and clinical tasks as needed.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards during all procedures.
- Coordinate with medical staff regarding patient care and anesthesia plans.
- Perform assigned duties during variable call schedules, with days off after first call shifts.
- Work exclusively on the first call, not on second call rotations.
Compensation
- Base salary ranging from $200,000 for new graduates up to $254,000+ for experienced CAAs, depending on experience.
- Additional compensation through overtime opportunities.
- Sign-on bonus of $30,000.
