Compensation

Requirements

  • Current Ohio APRN certification or eligibility for Ohio licensure as a PA-C.

  • Master of Science in Nursing or equivalent for APRNs, or PA-C certification for Physician Assistants.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience; 2-4 years preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and healthcare teams.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
  • Knowledge of clinical protocols and standards of care.
  • Ability to perform medical services authorized by licensure and credentialing.
  • Eligible for licensure in Ohio as an APRN or PA-C.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development.
