This full-time Certified Anesthetist (CAA or CRNA) position involves administering anesthesia and sedation across various clinical settings, including inpatient and outpatient procedures, under the supervision of a physician anesthesiologist. Responsibilities

Compensation

  • Salary range: $220,000 – $290,000 (W-2 model).
  • Base salary: Call ($260,000 – $290,000), No-Call ($221,000 – $246,500).
  • Incentives include productivity bonuses, profit sharing, and CME allowance.
  • Daily paid overtime after scheduled shifts (beyond 40 hours/week).
  • Premium pay for voluntary extra shifts.
  • Full shift pay even with early release.

  • Current Georgia license and certification as a CAA or CRNA.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (employer-supported renewals).
  • Ongoing maintenance of certification with required CME credits.
  • Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Background and Medicare exclusion checks required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including variable schedules and 10-hour shifts.
  • Experience in diverse clinical settings such as OR, outpatient, GI Lab, EP/Cath Lab, and PACU.
  • Prior experience with anesthesia in critical care or emergency settings preferred.
