TeamHealth is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to provide anesthesia services in the Dayton, Ohio area. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures including general, B&B, thoracic, regional, vascular, total joints, and cardiac cases.
• Collaborate with surgical teams and anesthesia staff to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and LEAN-certified processes to improve operating room efficiency.
• Participate in professional development and continuing medical education through the TeamHealth Institute.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care and patient records.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and standards for anesthesia practice.
• Support facility and organizational goals through teamwork and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide professional liability coverage, including tail coverage.

Compensation

• Up to $265,000 annual salary plus incentives.
• Sign-on bonus of $100,000.
