Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a wide variety of surgical cases within a collaborative team environment.
• Participate in the care team model alongside anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and AAs, maintaining a cohesive and drama-free culture.
• Manage anesthesia for cases as per comfort level, with optional regional anesthesia experience.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality of care during perioperative management.
• Engage in call coverage and potentially work overtime, with additional compensation.
• Adapt to a variable schedule based on departmental needs and case volume.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and anesthesia standards.
• Communicate effectively with surgical teams and staff to ensure smooth perioperative processes.

Compensation

Requirements

• Experience or interest in regional anesthesia (not required but available for those interested).
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient safety.
• Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred but not mandatory.
