Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for a wide variety of surgical cases within a collaborative team environment.
- Participate in the care team model alongside anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and AAs, maintaining a cohesive and drama-free culture.
- Manage anesthesia for cases as per comfort level, with optional regional anesthesia experience.
- Contribute to patient safety and quality of care during perioperative management.
- Engage in call coverage and potentially work overtime, with additional compensation.
- Adapt to a variable schedule based on departmental needs and case volume.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and anesthesia standards.
- Communicate effectively with surgical teams and staff to ensure smooth perioperative processes.
Compensation

Requirements

- Experience or interest in regional anesthesia (not required but available for those interested).
- Strong communication skills and commitment to patient safety.
- Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred but not mandatory.
