Responsibilities

• Develop assessment items, original content, and update existing content to reflect current nursing practice
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to product development guidelines and deadlines
• Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external client inquiries regarding content or products
• Assist with training and coordinating internal and external contributors on project requirements
• Review and revise content in collaboration with subject matter experts
• Conduct beta testing and quality assurance checks on products prior to release
• Provide support for product development and content review meetings
• Communicate effectively with cross-departmental teams and external consultants

Requirements

• Master's degree in nursing with current FNP certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Current APRN and/or RN license
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience as a nurse practitioner
• At least one year of experience as a nursing faculty member
• Current PRN clinical practice experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and internet research
• Understanding of item writing and nursing education standards
• Ability to produce professional, original written content
• Experience attending item review meetings with subject matter experts
• Ability to assist and support product development processes
