Dermdox is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our dermatology practice. This full-time role involves patient screening, diagnosis, and management of dermatologic conditions, including skin cancer screenings and potential cosmetic procedures. The position offers full benefits, competitive salary, and no weekend or call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support by medical assistants who handle administrative tasks and procedure setup/cleanup
  • Screen patients to determine medical needs
  • Review patient records to assess health status
  • Take patient histories
  • Order laboratory studies and diagnostic tests
  • Identify normal and abnormal findings on examinations and tests
  • Diagnose common dermatologic conditions, including benign and malignant lesions
  • Manage treatment plans and prescribe medications
