Join the Women's Health team at Bolivar Medical Center in Mississippi as a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife. The role involves providing comprehensive prenatal, gynecological, and family planning services within a well-established clinic, with hospital call responsibilities and opportunities for professional growth in a supportive community setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide prenatal testing, fertility services, well-woman visits, and family planning care.
• Perform on-site ultrasound, lab work, LEEP, colposcopy, IUD insertion and removal.
• Manage GYN surgical cases in collaboration with a full-time urologist as needed.
• Participate in hospital call duties, averaging 0-3 calls per day during 10 hospital days per month.
• See approximately 30 patients per full clinic day.
• Utilize provided laptop to access patient records and results remotely.
• Contribute to patient education and counseling in women's health.
• Assist with clinic operations and support the potential transition to a Rural Health Clinic.

Compensation

• Base salary plus wRVU-based production incentive.
• Additional compensation may include sign-on bonus, relocation support, and CME allowance.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday through Friday workweek.
• Hospital call scheduled for 10 days per month, with a 1:3 call ratio.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a medical professional license in Mississippi and DEA registration with full prescriptive authority.
• Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) certification.
• Experience in prenatal, gynecological, and family planning services preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in ultrasound, lab procedures, and minor gynecological interventions.
• Excellent communication and patient management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Willingness to participate in hospital call rotation.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and remote access tools.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday with scheduled hospital call duties.
