Envision Healthcare is seeking Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) for HCA Florida Raulerson Hospital in Okeechobee, Florida. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across multiple surgical specialties including General, Orthopedics, GYN, Podiatry, and Endo.
• Manage anesthesia cases in 4 operating rooms and 1 procedure room.
• Collaborate with a team of 3 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers.
• Work 10-hour shifts with a flexible schedule of 2 weeks on and 1 week off.
• Participate in approximately 3,500 cases annually.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.
• Adhere to hospital policies and anesthesia protocols.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.

Compensation

• Salary ranging from $195,000 to $235,000 annually, based on experience.
• Sign-on bonus of $75,000 for a 3-year commitment.
