Northside Radiology Associates is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to collaborate with radiologists in providing procedure and imaging-based radiology services in hospital and outpatient settings. The role involves patient assessment, diagnostic interpretation, performing image-guided procedures, and contributing to process improvement initiatives, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services under the supervision of radiologists in hospital, outpatient, and office settings.
• Perform initial patient assessments, including history and physical examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate.
• Perform image-guided procedures such as arthrograms, joint injections, lumbar punctures, biopsies, drain placements, and hysterosalpingography.
• Obtain informed consent and educate patients and families about procedures and treatment plans.
• Write and manage pre-, intra-, and post-procedure orders.
• Coordinate communication between patients, nursing staff, referring physicians, and radiologists.
• Monitor patient progress through daily rounds and provide updates to medical staff.

Compensation

Requirements
