The Nurse Practitioner will provide medical services across a broad patient population, including geriatric, adult, adolescent, and infant patients, within a collaborative practice setting. The role involves performing assessments, documenting patient data, and coordinating care under the supervision of a collaborating physician, with services reviewed periodically by the Medical Director.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional medical services to patients in the assigned practice, respecting patient dignity.
• Performs and documents assessments and data collection accurately and timely, adapting to changes in patient status.
• Delegates and coordinates tasks among the healthcare team.
• Delivers services promptly and ethically within the scope of practice and professional standards.
• Communicates effectively with patients and staff, considering diverse cultural backgrounds.

Compensation

• Salary-based compensation model.

Requirements

• Graduate from a recognized Nurse Practitioner program.
