ECAA-Anesthesia Specialists is seeking anesthetists for a multi-specialty surgery center in Wilmington, North Carolina. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures including general, ortho, plastics, spine, ENT, gynecology, and pediatrics.
• Manage preoperative assessments and intraoperative anesthesia delivery.
• Ensure patient safety and monitor anesthesia levels throughout procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams and staff to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia records.
• Participate in quality assurance and compliance activities.
• Adhere to facility policies and safety protocols.
• Work flexible schedules, including full-time, part-time, or 3-day workweeks, with no call responsibilities.

Compensation

• $180,000 to $210,000 annual salary based on experience.
• Sign-on/retention bonus of $40,000 paid quarterly over four years.
• Relocation assistance negotiable.
• CME allowance of $1,500 per year.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 6:45 am to 3:30 pm.

Requirements

• Current anesthesia license and certification (CRNA or MD/DO with anesthesia training).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a surgical setting preferred but not required for new graduates.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Flexibility to work various employment statuses (W-2, 1099, PRN).
• Willingness to work a Monday through Friday schedule, 6:45 am to 3:30 pm.
• Comfort with a diverse case mix including general, ortho, spine, ENT, and pediatric procedures.
• Ability to maintain a professional and safety-focused approach.
• Must maintain at least 0.6 FTE to qualify for full benefits.
