The hospital is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner Nights Hospitalist (Nocturnist) to provide overnight inpatient care at a 65-bed hospital in Upstate New York. Compensation

  • $130,000 – $150,000 yearly salary
  • Salary plus incentives, including sign-on bonus, relocation support, quality bonus, and loan repayment assistance
  • Compensation is provided as a W-2 employment arrangement

  • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New York State.

  • ACLS and BLS certifications.
  • At least one year of experience in hospitalist or critical care settings preferred.
  • Ability to work 7p-7a night shifts on a 7-on, 7-off schedule.
  • Comfort with managing a patient census of 15-20 and familiarity with ICU procedures is a plus.
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills.
  • New graduates with clinical training and relevant certifications are encouraged to apply.
