The NP/PA PM&R Clinician at Comprehensive Rehab Consultants (CRC) provides specialized Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation services at a designated skilled nursing facility or post-acute rehab center. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes, manage common post-acute conditions, and contribute to facility culture and education. This is a part-time, day-shift position located in Washington Court House, OH, with flexible weekday hours and no on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide PM&R/Physiatry services as a rehab consultant within the facility.
  • Represent CRC through clinical leadership and collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Assist in managing conditions common in SNFs, such as CVA, neurological disorders, and postoperative orthopedic issues.
  • Work with PT, OT, and SLP teams to improve patient function and quality of life.
  • Follow therapy patients to monitor progress and address barriers to therapy.
  • Assess and manage barriers like pain, spasticity, neurogenic bowel, and bladder.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and bridge communication between therapy and internal medicine.
  • Engage in ongoing education, including monthly lectures, virtual meetings, and regional events.

Compensation

  • Hourly pay starting at $75.00 per hour.
  • Performance bonus available.
  • W-2 employment status.

  • Ability to work in the U.S.

  • Great attitude and commitment to delivering quality patient care.
