Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within the scope of practice at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center.
• Participate in scheduled call rotations, approximately 1:7 second call schedule.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines.

Compensation

• Salary range of $250,000 to $280,000.
• Additional compensation includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
• CME allowance provided.
• Compensation is structured as a W-2 salary.
